Diffuser Blend

After a long week, I like to use these three essential oils in my diffuser at night. Not only do they smell amazing in combination with one another, but they each have incredible healing properties.


    Bergamot essential oil is calming & uplifting; dissipates anxious feelings while simultaneously cleanses and purifies the skin.

    Cedarwood essential oil has a grouding aroma that promotes feelings of vitality and wellness; promotes feelings of confidence and self-esteem.

    Rosemary essential oil boosts cognitive function and supports the healing of neurological tissues.* (Resources: , )

      try this in your diffuser:

      • 5 drops of Bergamot
      • 3 drops of Cedarwood
      • 3 drops of Rosemary
